This nearly 400-page work on the painter Olev Subbi brings together his ideas on art, which had previously been published in various scattered publications. The book also includes numerous reproductions of works from 1962-2005.

Additionally, Olev Subbi’s friends Enn Põldroos, Enn Kunila, Ants Wõrk and others share their memories of him. Eero Epner has written the artist’s biography, relying on various materials, interviews with people who were close to Subbi, and Olev Subbi’s archive.
